If you’d like to talk to us about cancelling your subscription, you can complete a ‘Billing and Cancellation Enquiry’ under the Billing Enquiry menu under ‘My Account’, or you can call our Customer Service team on 1-855-347-9521 or 1-441-278-0000.
Please note that subscriptions will only be deactivated at month end, and we require a minimum of 15 days notice for cancellations.
Lastly, once we receive your cancellation notice, you will receive confirmation of your request via email. If you don’t receive a confirmation notification then we haven’t received your request and it will need to be resent.
